I emailed twice about my order and still never got a clear answer. The wording on the site made it sound like support would be quick and helpful, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. It took days to hear anything back, and even then it didn’t really answer my question. Frustrating overall.

It plays really well on the field. I felt kind of trapped during a few tight moments in the game, but this still felt comfortable and easy to move with

I ordered a custom glove from customballgloves.com, and the customization options were cool. There were a lot of choices, which was nice, but the site got a little confusing in a few spots?? I ended up going back to fix a couple things before I could finally check out.
The confirmation email came through without any issues, but the shipping info took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kind of average. Hopefully the glove turns out good??

The leather does feel really nice, I’ll give it that. But it was definitely a bit stiff at first, which was kind of annoying because you expect it to feel great right away, you know? It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, and I think it’ll probably soften up with use, but still, for something leather, I was hoping for a little less breaking-in time.

This glove is worth it for the money. It feels good enough for regular use, and spending a lot more on something fancier seems avoidable unless you really need it.

I was disappointed when the glove arrived because the colors were not what I chose, and the name placement was totally different from what I had picked. I reached out to support, but it took a while to hear back and nothing was really resolved. Has anyone else had this happen with their custom order?

The glove itself is actually fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping was frustrating. I barely got any updates, and the delivery date kept seeming kind of unclear?? It ended up showing up quite a bit later than I expected, which was annoying because my son needed it for his season. Customer service did respond, but they weren’t super helpful. If you order from them, I’d definitely do it way earlier than you think you need to...

I got my custom glove from customballgloves.com last season, i’m kind of surprised how well it’s held up. I play a couple times a week, so it’s seen plenty of dirt, some rain, and a ton of catches, but it still looks and feels really solid. The leather broke in nicely without getting all floppy, which is exactly what you want, right? The stitching is still tight too. I don’t really have any complaints, it’s definitely lasted better than the store-bought gloves I’ve had before.

The design was nice overall, but from what I remember seeing online, the glove colors looked a little different in person. They weren’t bad at all, just not totally what I had pictured and not quite my style.

I ordered my usual size and the glove showed up ridiculously tight. Like, I could barely get it on comfortably, how is this okay? Definitely feels like the sizing is off.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this glove felt right away. It’s really comfortable on my hand and broke in faster than I expected. The padding feels nice too. It took a little bit of use to get the exact feel I wanted, but overall I’m happy with it

At first glance, the glove looked sharp, and I thought it was going to feel a lot nicer than it did. But once I actually looked closer, the stitching and leather work seemed kind of sloppy compared to other gloves I’ve had around the same price. Some of the seams were uneven, and there were loose threads straight out of the box.
For what it costs, I was expecting something that felt more carefully made. It just doesn’t have that solid, well-finished feel I’ve seen in better gloves, so overall I was disappointed.
